Greetings from the USA, I received my device, it was packaged well. It recognized my 1tb SD card and I was able to flash arkos. It may be a little confusing and it took a few trials and errors to get everything running. Other than that, shipment was fast and the games run amazing! It came with a screen protector too! Games are easy to add via PC and wifi worked after updating arkos. It doesn't have an HDMI port but you can use a USB hub to connect extra wired controllers and HDMI port. You can run games like stardew valley via port master (also will be confusing to set up). JOYSTICKS!!! Are similar to switch console joysticks. Great for racing and fighting games. Wifi connection through phone tender or wifi dongle (You can play online). Overall amazing handheld, highly recommended and i leave this review to say you won't get scammed. This is the newer version so if you manually update arkos, download the (updated) version on GitHub otherwise you will get black screen. Have a great day!

I updated this to get the best out of it, it works beautifully. I need to do more tweaks to see all the artwork, favourite feature allows you to save your most enjoyed game. Picture quality is brilliant, this really is an excellent little handheld and an absolute bargain. Only slight issue is controls can be lagging in response when trying to make quick movements. Great size too and feels very well made. This is a must have for the nostalgia lovers alone, and you can add more, if you can find any games missing. Love it.

That number under all games is not false. This thing is wild! Just to say, I own all the original systems, have a Nintendo switch plus online subscription, own all the little mini classic collectible systems… I have a huge library of games, so I feel this gadget is a nifty ride along toy - and man is it fun! I am almost made a kid again at just imagining having this kind of compute power and tiny tech in my hands 30 years ago… to be able to play almost any of my favorites anytime and anywhere?! How in the world… This system is a gem. I’ve mostly been engrossed in SNES playing and playing DooM 64 so far, but I’ve tried a number of games, and there are SO MANY emulators - and I don’t mean just different systems - I mean FOR EACH SYSTEM! So many settings… if a game isn’t working on this, try that, and the others… It’s really great! dpad wasn't as bad as some video reviews said but i did open mine and tweak it a bit.
if you want a device ready to go this may not be for you, it comes preloaded with (too many) games but the cards are prone to fail.
if you back it up, or dont mind losing your saves it can be plug and play, but you get some benefits from updating.
setting up a new card is a lengthy process but totally worth it
anything all nes/genesis/snes/gba runs flawlessly even ps1.
n64/dreamcast/psp games may run full speed, some may run okay with reduced resolution, but some aren't playable.
I still give 5 stars based off the price and what it can do, if you want out the box flawless n64/dc/psp look elsewhere but if you are willing to do some tweaking you may get the games you want to run

This console is so cool! Most games work really well. GTA Vice City Stories is a bit too much for it and it lags a bit, and some N64 games don't work, but other than that, this thing is awesome! It took about a week and a half for shipping. 🎮🕹️

Pretty decent to play all the retro games. Some of the PSP games work okay, others are very laggy. The display screen is very nice. The dpad is a bit too stiff, but its ok. For 30 bucks, you really can't go wrong. Awesome device to take with on a train ride or something.

Nice size screen with excellent brightness control made it easy to play games outdoors. The buttons definitely felt right for complex fighting games. Analog sticks with L3 and R3 buttons at this price point was amazing! Count on replacing the generic micro sd card for a high end brand to get the best performance from the device.

Great little system, has a ton of games, I think it's running on Emuelec, it's super easy to acess Retroarch, it's comfortable in the hands,the games all seems to play without issue (I even played Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast cast) The only one drawback I see is that the D pad is pretty stiff. It's a good unit just about anyone. You can take it out of the box and play games.

This is amazing for the money. Updated the os myself, as this does not have wifi (which is fine), and everything I wanna throw it at work. Up to PS1, and some N64, DC, and PSP games. Wonderful to take with me on the go and not have to worry about it as much. Pared with some cheap case I got on here and I’m golden. Thank you, trust this store, they are selling you the product. :) it also comes with a little film for screen protection which is better than nothing. Want to put a glass one on it in the future. This thing is legit honestly I did my research before ordering this so I knew what I was getting but this thing is sick, the screen is crisp and bright, the audio quality is really good. I immediately added on the gameboy games from my childhood and it seemed all the gameboy games run smoothly. When it came down to GTA you can tell the system is fighting for its life but the fact that it even runs it is amazing. Overall very pleased definitely recommend.
