Greetings from the USA, I received my device, it was packaged well. It recognized my 1tb SD card and I was able to flash arkos. It may be a little confusing and it took a few trials and errors to get everything running. Other than that, shipment was fast and the games run amazing! It came with a screen protector too! Games are easy to add via PC and wifi worked after updating arkos. It doesn't have an HDMI port but you can use a USB hub to connect extra wired controllers and HDMI port. You can run games like stardew valley via port master (also will be confusing to set up). JOYSTICKS!!! Are similar to switch console joysticks. Great for racing and fighting games. Wifi connection through phone tender or wifi dongle (You can play online). Overall amazing handheld, highly recommended and i leave this review to say you won't get scammed. This is the newer version so if you manually update arkos, download the (updated) version on GitHub otherwise you will get black screen. Have a great day!

I updated this to get the best out of it, it works beautifully. I need to do more tweaks to see all the artwork, favourite feature allows you to save your most enjoyed game. Picture quality is brilliant, this really is an excellent little handheld and an absolute bargain. Only slight issue is controls can be lagging in response when trying to make quick movements. Great size too and feels very well made. This is a must have for the nostalgia lovers alone, and you can add more, if you can find any games missing. Love it.

That number under all games is not false. This thing is wild! Just to say, I own all the original systems, have a Nintendo switch plus online subscription, own all the little mini classic collectible systems… I have a huge library of games, so I feel this gadget is a nifty ride along toy - and man is it fun! So many settings… if a game isn’t working on this, try that, and the others… It’s really great! Excellent product. Came super well packed and the product box still came a protective film for the screen. I liked it a lot and the product is good quality and has a system and a very good image in games.

dpad wasn't as bad as some video reviews said but i did open mine and tweak it a bit.
if you want a device ready to go this may not be for you, it comes preloaded with (too many) games but the cards are prone to fail.
if you back it up, or dont mind losing your saves it can be plug and play, but you get some benefits from updating.
setting up a new card is a lengthy process but totally worth it
anything all nes/genesis/snes/gba runs flawlessly even ps1.
n64/dreamcast/psp games may run full speed, some may run okay with reduced resolution, but some aren't playable.
I still give 5 stars based off the price and what it can do, if you want out the box flawless n64/dc/psp look elsewhere but if you are willing to do some tweaking you may get the games you want to run

This console is so cool! Most games work really well. GTA Vice City Stories is a bit too much for it and it lags a bit, and some N64 games don't work, but other than that, this thing is awesome! It took about a week and a half for shipping. 🎮🕹️

Pretty decent to play all the retro games. Some of the PSP games work okay, others are very laggy. The display screen is very nice. The dpad is a bit too stiff, but its ok. For 30 bucks, you really can't go wrong. Awesome device to take with on a train ride or something.
