R36S offers a 90-day limited warranty period from the date of purchase for all retro gaming products, including consoles, games, and accessories.

Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, R36S will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Limitations

The warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or improper installation.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
• Normal wear and tear.

Claim Process

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within the warranty period to initiate a claim.
2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Follow the instructions provided by the Customer Support team to return the product.

Nakliye

• The customer will be responsible for shipping the item to R36S for warranty service.
• R36S will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer after the completion of warranty service.

No Warranty Extensions or Renewals

Upon completion of warranty service, the original warranty period will not be extended or renewed. The repaired or replaced item will continue to be under warranty only for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

R36S makes no other warranty, express or implied, and expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. R36S’s sole obligation and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be, at R36S’s option, repair, replacement, or refund.

Governing Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. The laws of the jurisdiction where R36S is established shall govern this warranty.
